QA weekly sweep

Nameqa-weekly
Enabled by defaultYes
Steps1
Runs at onceup to 1
Catalogv0.17.0

What it does

Once a week the QA engineer reads each Product's last week of CI and of its own issues (flaky tests, slowing steps, steps nearing their timeouts, gaps in what the tests cover), writes the report and opens at most one issue for the most important finding. It reruns nothing. It runs whether or not the org's scheduling is on, within the qa budget it shares with CI triage.

When it runs

  • On a schedule, 0 7 * * 1. Mondays at 07:00 in the org's time zone.

Steps

Rounded steps are human gates, slanted steps are promotions, and double-edged steps run automatically.

1. sweep

Reads the week's CI and QA issues, reports, and opens at most one issue.

Skipped when its AgentRole is switched off.

When it hands off to a human

Work an agent cannot finish is dead-lettered to @platform/reviewers. The AgentWorkflowRun shows the step as DeadLettered until a human picks it up.
