What it does
The team manager writes each member's daily record and the team's status rollup from the last 24 hours of their runs, guidance, approvals and Releases. It starts once a day per Team that turns it on (spec.dailyStatus.enabled, at its hour and time zone), never once per Product, and only while the org's scheduled runs are on. Each run spends Anthropic tokens, so every Team starts with it off (ADR 0049 D8). The records land as drafts in each person's library in the org's gitops repo; a person with standupDraft slack also gets their draft as a Slack direct message.
When it runs
- On a schedule,
0 * * * *. Checked every hour; each Team with spec.dailyStatus.enabled runs once a day at its own hour, in its own time zone.
Steps
Rounded steps are human gates, slanted steps are promotions, and double-edged steps run automatically.

1. team-manager
Writes each member's tight summary and thorough record, and the team's rollup.
Skipped when its AgentRole is switched off.
When it hands off to a human
Work an agent cannot finish is dead-lettered to @platform/team-managers. The AgentWorkflowRun shows the step as DeadLettered until a human picks it up.
