Plan work in the backlog
Every Product has a backlog: the open issues on its repos, on a board with four columns. The column is the issue's infrared: label, so the board and GitHub always agree.

Open an issue
On a Product, open Backlog → New issue. A title is enough; add whatever detail you have. Infrared opens the issue on GitHub as your org's App, in Backlog, labelled needs-hydration, and starts the issue-hydration AgentWorkflow on it.

Hydration
The architect-issue-hydration AgentRole reads the repo (it changes no code) and rewrites the issue: your text stays first, then a Hydration section with the problem in one sentence, the components and files involved with a confidence for each, 3 to 7 acceptance criteria, design notes, a verification plan and an estimate. It adds size: and component: labels and finishes with one verdict:

The card shows the hydration run; open it for the architect's full summary, cost and log. Hydrate on a Backlog card runs it again, for example after you added detail.
Triage and start work
On an Arch reviewed card, choose Todo: agent or Todo: human. That moves the issue and completes the hydration run's triage step. From a Todo: agent card, Start a Change opens the Change form with the issue filled in; see Run a Change.
